If you can boil water, you've just done the hardest part. Heat the old temple pieces in the boiling water. Use a a cloth or something to protect your hands and slide them off as much as you can. Repeat until they come off. Then slip on the new temple piece; Heat in the water; Push on. Repeat until it's on all the way.
