I am so happy with these temple covers. I used them on my vintage wire frame sunglasses. They work perfectly to make the Temples comfortable.

Bought these to replace the aged, hardened, cracked cable covers on a pair of vintage 1981 RayBan Ambermatic Aviator sunglasses. The fit is perfect and the clear silicone material is excellent. Wore them comfortably for 6 hours straight yesterday (then the sun went down!)

I prefer cable eyeglass temples and nursed along a pair of silicon covers I had gotten from my optometrist, because she said they couldn't be purchased any more. I am so glad she was wrong, and I'll tell her to refer folks here.

I recently bought some very nice (and expensive) frames with metal cable temples. Unfortunately my skin is sensitive to metal, an wearing the frames caused me to break out. These covers are the perfect solution. Not only do they prevent direct metal contact, but they also improve the comfort. They were simple to put on and hardly noticeable after installed. Great product.
