TT221 Cable Ends Silicone: Color : Brown, size is Adult large overall size is 53mm top to bottom and inside diameter "core size" is 1.3mm 2 pairs. If the 1.3mm inside diameter is to small they can be drilled out to a slightly large diameter.

I've used 2 types of these over the years, and these are the trickier type to install-although the outer coating is silicone, the inner sleeve is a stiff plastic that did no expand to slip over the temple end, like the other full silicone cable ends do. Two recommendations: 1) It would be good if the lighting was better for catalog picture, so you could see what type this is; 2) include installation instructions.

These replaced a custom set that were installed on my glasses when I bought them. One of those broke some years later and I found these which took all of 5 minutes to pull off the old ones and put these on. The texture pattern on these cable ends really keep them in place; so much so that when taking them off you need to life both sides separately rather than lifting one and the other slides off. A great price, quick delivery and a find product.

I got some cheap frames online and they kept slipping off my head. Finally found these cable temples which seem to be rare and ordered two pairs. I pulled off the plastic temples, cut the wire frames a little for length, and slipped these on. They work great and stay on the frames. As long as I have ears, my glasses will no longer slip off.
