Shipping Policy

Shipping policy: Most orders are filled and shipped within one business day of receipt and we try to ship the same day any order received in our office by 12 PM US pacific coast time. Method of shipping most packages weighting less than two pound are shipped by US Postal 1st class package with tracking. Larger orders ship UPS ground. Our machines, Smart Drills, generally ship within two week of time the order is confirmed. International order orders please email us and we try to work out the best shipping at the lowest cost to the customer while ensuring traceability of shipment. Shipping cost in the United States and Canada and we charge a flat six(6.50) US dollars and offer free shipping on any order over Fifty (50) US dollars and paid with a credit card at time order .

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publocation. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
